The Subs "Vomit In Style Remixes" (LL33)
A1: Vomit In Style Mixhell Remix // A2: Vomit In Style Don Rimini Chi Town Remix // B1: Heat Les Petits Pilous Remix // B2: Vomit In Style VNNR Remix // Play All

Of course we think this remix EP is amazing. Of course we think it contains bangers. Of course blablabla ... let's just cut that crap ... Mixhell, Les Petits Pilous, Don Rimini and VNNR all simply puked out some remixes of The Subs Vomit in Style EP.

Mixhell: booty, acid, new old school remix from the most charming couple in the electro scene. Igor, we love it when you get behind that drum and sex up the crowd while Laima is shakin' and teasin' behind the decks. Thank you so much for this phat and hot remix.

Les Petits Pilous: NU techno screamin' bassline driven remix by Boys Noize's youngest. Anthony, the silent force, and Jean Pat, the funny acid smiley, upcoming French talent. We love you!

Don Rimini: an eccentric but effective and groovy remix. Techno-ish sounds but booty from start to end. We love that phat and fluffy bass sound so much !!! The new French touch, hahaha. Xavier is such a polite and easy going guy but once he gets on stage, he transforms into this visceral energy puking DJ from which the love for music streams into the audience !

VNNR: new talent from ever ravin' Belgium, this dirty punky remix brings homage to Iggy Pop from who the lyrics were borrowed anyway. "So i did it somethin' like this: aaaahhh...."

We love you all !!!

The Subs

Mumbai Science "Ancova" (LL32)
A1: Ancova // B1: Ancova Dry Edit // B2: Hoot // Play All

After their first "Woof EP" the question on everyone's mind was: Are they going to disappear in the Mumbai masses or are they more then just one in a billion...? With the new "Ancova EP" comes the answer to that question: Mumbai Science is here to stay. While working in Dr. Lektroluv's underground lab for a few months now, they improved their sound to a whole new level. With dancefloorbangers like Ancova and Hoot, it's hard not to get cured... You say party, we say techno. What's next for Mumbai Science? The Nobel prize?

The Subs "Vomit In Style" (LL29)
A: Bang Bang Bang // B1: Heat // B2: Vomit In Style // Play All

After the early 2010 releases of underground club hit Mitsubitchi, Play Paul remix on Kitsuné and a remix for Poney Poney Run Run, The Subs present their new EP consisting of 3 slamming tunes. After an incident onstage, they decided to name their EP 'vomit in style'.
With Bang Bang Bang , Heat and title track Vomit In Style, they are bringing band dynamics into dance, giving their own rebellious version of what’s happening in the scene today.
With shameless Belgian attitude, they (ab)use melodies, vocals, choirs, analogue and digital filth and real instruments to create their own typical punky sound.
The EP will give you a taste of what’s to be expected from their second album, due for release in late October 2010.

Ampersand "The Ruckus" (LL28)
A: The Ruckus // B1: The Ruckus SonicC Remix // B2: The Ruckus Highbloo Remix // Play All

File under: Bring the Ruckus – Cologne’s most promising DJ/Producer-Team prepares for the final takeover. Despite having the same geographical background, DJ Hade and Brian Damage had somehow managed NOT to take notice of each other’s musical activities for the first 20 years of their lives. But as soon as they were introduced by a mutual friend, they created something that was more than just the sum of its parts: Westcoast G-Funk and Minimal Structures clashed with Filter-House in the darkest corner of the 36 Chambers where they teamed up with James Brown’s glitter pants…and, well, Phil Collins. What seemed contradictory became inseparable, egos lost their meaning and the connection itself became the concept: Ampersand (&) Shortly after the birth of the group, Ampersand moved to Cologne. DJ Hade released a digital EP on Montana records and they began playing DJ-Gigs when all of a sudden Belgium’s Techno-Ambassador Dr. Lektroluv spun their “Fake Motherfuckerz” tune at Pukkelpop festival.

According to the overwhelming reaction he decided to release the first Ampersand EP “Fake Motherfuckerz” on News Records/Lektroluv. The title track and the freaked-out video clip were an instant success within the international club scene and were supported by the likes of Andy George (Radio 1), Don Rimini, The Subs or The Music Factory (TMF). Besides their monthly residency in Cologne, Ampersand have since then tore down the walls of venues in e.g. Zurich, Hamburg, or the “Summerfestival” in Antwerp. Right now they are busy working on their showcase and several remix projects, as well as putting finishing touches on their next release on Lektroluv Records “The Ruckus” which will see the light of day in early 2010.

On remix duties are the freshly signed upcoming Belgian star Highbloo, and SonicC. He is known for his banging tracks and remixes on Nervous Records, Ministry Of Sound, Mixmash, Fools Gold and Mute Records, and is working on a full album for Dim Mak.
Party Harders vs The Subs "The Pope Of Dope" (LL27)
A1: The Pope Of Dope // A2: The Pope Of Dope Rehab // B1: The Pope Of Dope Highbloo Remix // B2: The Pope Of Dope The Oddword Wahu Wahu Remix // Play All

POPE OF DOPE is the Partyharders’ first release in collaboration with The Subs.
The Subs are beyond introductions. Partyharders as well, but for those who have been living on another planet lately: the Partyharders Squad are incontournable in their hometown Liège. These electro wizards and graphic artists (with rvo/2shy & spit) are about to conquer not only the rest of our country but the rest of Western Europe as well.Their electronic letterbox is crammed with invitations to the trendiest parties. Each month they travel to Paris to reside at the famous Social Club. Justice, Busy P, Crookers, Boys Noize, The Bloody Beetroots, Mr Oizo: just a few names you will discover in the Partyharders Squad’s phone book.

The track is the result of The Subs inviting Partyharders over for some first class partying, what else?
When the spirits were high, someone had the luminous idea to do some vocals all of a sudden ... right? The Subs placed a mic in front of Mon Colonel's nose and the rest is history...

In the beginning of 2008 those two words stopped being just random: "Sound Of Stereo" saw the light of day. In only a few months time they conquered the hearts of music lovers all over the world. The Belgian scene also responded really well to their presence and they were noticed rather fast by the famous Lektroluv label. In november their first EP came out and had massive response in Belgium and abroad. One of the singles on that EP – Supah Dupah – is said to be played over 100 times each weekend in Belgium alone . A follow-up EP is nothing more than a logic continuation of this succes. The new single " Heads Up! " is already being tracklisted by the likes of Crookers and Bloody Beetroots. Bloody Beetroots liked the track so much that they decided to make a remix of it, as well as DJ Manaia, a Portuguese wonderboy from the Kuduro-surroundings of Buraka Som Sistema. At the end of February the new EP will be presented at Culture Club Ghent, one of Belgium's most legendery clubs, where international bigshots such as 2 many dj's and The Glimmers had a residency. A: Evil Panda // B1: Parrot Attack // B2: Supah Dupah // Play All

Sound Of Stereo is Jochen Sablon and Vincent De Boeck. They met about a year ago on the internet. Though it wasn't a datingsite on which they met, they hooked up pretty fast and started producing and deejaying together. And with success: Their first single "Nic Nag" was picked up by MTV, that used it for a televisioncommercial. After MTV, also Belgium's national radiostation Studio Brussels discovered the magic duo and decided to play their songs in heavy rotation on some of their best shows such as Switch, Mish Mash, Volt and The Maxx. Next to the (inter)national media, also a lot of (inter)national deejays discovered Sound Of Stereo: They are tracklisted and loudly supported by Crookers, Bloody Beetroots, Dr. Lektroluv, Lee Mortimer, Jokers Of The Scene, The Subs, PartyhardERS and many others. After playing in every fancy club and party in Belgium, they are about to take over France, Portugal, Italy and the rest of Europe. Sound Of Stereo's new Zoopah Doopah EP will contain three original tracks and is due for release mid november on Lektroluv records. Keep your ears open for the next big Belgian thing!

Williams "Poltergeist" (LL12)
A: Poltergeist Original Mix // B: Poltergeist Voltique Remix // Play All

After the previous release from The Subs, its exciting to discover that the label has a broad spectrum of signing's and sounds. The Subs release was a full on in your face electro monster, but today we bring you something completely different from the lad born on the Isle of Skye.... Williams.

Having grown up with Skye's other famous son Mylo, it was performing on tour, playing keyboards in his band that William Threlfall first made his mark on the worlds music scene. His foray into production was an instant success. His amalgamation of influences, from deep techno to jackin Chicago House makes for some of the most forward thinking and exciting dance music of today.
Highly respected Berlin imprint Get Physical shot Williams into the consciousness of the DJ world. His 'Piccadilly Circuits' release found support from the likes of Richie Hawtin and MANDY and lead to more releases on the label.
Remixes came thick and fast and his reworkings of The Knife, Moby and Robyn opened up another avenue for him into the mainstream. Still not content, he launched his own label 'Love Triangle'. His singles 'The Shivering' and 'Love on a Real Train' have been huge hits for the label and have elevated it into one of Britains finest underground exports.

Today we bring you 'Poltergeist' his new production for Lektroluv. A very 'Get Physical' sounding release. With its warm synths, bassline and lovely melody its a sure fire winner for everyone. On remix duty is another Get Physical and Love Triangle artist 'Voltique'. DJ Joxe and Sebastian Silber brand their own mark on the original by introducing a stomping bassline, and utilising the melody to full effect.
